Finding my Center

Warning, sappy hippie✌️post ahead: Whenever it’s all too much or I’m distracted or I feel the blues creeping in (hello all of 2020 anyone) I find my center and reach for the stillness behind it. Finding my center always, always pulls me out of whatever I’m in. Rather than taking time to breathe and just be, I take the time to breathe and just bead. #punintended The calmness of making jewelry has gotten me through my son’s six (yep 6) surgeries, friend and family tragedies, a random appearing depression and a world pandemic. And while this craft may not be less expensive than therapy, for me it sure is more enjoyable, rewarding and well, healing. I hope you can find your center, and the stillness, if you need it.
